I began my design career studying graphic design at Suffolk University in Boston, Massachusetts, where I developed visual systems for branding, marketing, and communications. Over time, I transitioned into digital product design, where I discovered a passion for solving complex user experience challenges at the intersection of systems, strategy, and accessibility.

As a User Experience Designer, I create intuitive, user-centered solutions that reduce friction, streamline workflows, and scale across platforms. My approach blends UX research, interaction design, and systems thinking to deliver experiences that align user goals with business impact. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—engineering, product, support, etc—to translate analytics and pain points into clear, actionable solutions that are not only usable, but implementation-ready.
