Description
Two worlds share a canvas without agreeing. Above: pale, quiet, structural, a plywood warmth interrupted by a yellow edge and a soft grid of color samples. Below: deep blue in motion, turbulent and atmospheric, something between ocean and atmosphere. Where they meet, a red coil cuts straight through both, insisting on itself.
Acute doesn’t settle into either register. It holds the composed and the unraveling in the same frame, neither winning. The red mark is the whole argument.
