Description
Phase 22.02.03.17 didn’t arrive all at once. Started, set aside, returned to, this painting unfolded over weeks, resisting any single intention. The work asked to be trusted rather than forced, and what emerged is a canvas that holds that patience: the methodical alongside the explosive, a color record alongside raw orange heat, a magenta spiral that finally found its place.
